Hope is a design and research leader with 7+ years of experience informing strategic and inclusive product-making and experiences. With a background in Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction, Hope’s expertise lies in guiding teams to build transformative products for the future through foundational and exploratory research and design thinking. She is currently driving research strategy on the Delivery and Membership teams at Uber.

Before Uber, she worked with teams at Intel and Microsoft, exploring VR, Accessibility, and Employee Experiences. Independently, Hope works as a consultant with global startups and currently serves as a UX career mentor through her platform, Hope Talks Design.
