Carl is a deeply passionate designer who loves to apply design thinking principles to everyday life. His dedication and drive to make things better comes from his military experience. If he could sum it up, his goal is to always leave things better than how he found them. He tries to teach by example for junior designers and show them how they can be SEEN and treated as a real product partner/leader to Product Management and Engineering. He believe that you’re only as strong as your weakest link. Carl chooses to spend the necessary time to level up everyone on his team, to make them faster, leaner, and capable of adjusting to ambiguous environments.
