Kenny Bangudu is a seasoned user experience (UX) research professional who began his career in sales, ascending to the position of a regional manager at a telecoms company over a 12-year span. His passion for customer satisfaction prompted him to earn a graduate degree in Human Factors Psychology and begin a career in UX research. Kenny has made significant contributions in qualitative and quantitative user research for business-to-business and business-to-customer organizations for the past five years. His career includes a six-month tenure at Meta Platforms supporting the Facebook Group moderation team. In addition, while at Cisco for over the last year, he has aided the Apps@Cisco intranet team by conducting user research to help equip the Cisco workforce with tools they need to innovate and thrive. Residing in the greater Seattle area, Kenny enjoys music, spending time with his young adult children, running, and recently, trail biking.
