At his core, Jai’Chaun is a writer that likes to uplift those around him. He graduated from Duke University in 2022 where he majored in Public Policy and Psychology and minored in Computer Science. Utilizing his skills, he worked as a technical writing assistant during his undergraduate career at Duke before transitioning to Cisco as a Design Program Coordinator. He believes that his love for writing allows him to communicate complex visions and make them tangible goals that the team can agree on, and that is what he brings to the security design team. He is also an avid anime fan and is fully caught up on One Piece (both the anime and manga), which is a badge he wears with honor.
