Brandi Greene | Managing Director, Director of DEI | Work & Co
Brandi Greene is an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Organizational Change leader with over 15 years of experience transforming organizational cultures. Brandi advances a holistic approach to DEI change that includes intrapersonal development and individual change, interpersonal development, relational and collective change, and institutional development and organizational change. Her work blends identity development, cross-cultural competency, growth mindset, and wellness to help individuals, teams, and organizations cultivate authentic, culturally adaptive, equity-mindful workplaces.
Brandi is currently the Managing Director of DEI at Work & Co, an international digital products firm, where she leads DEI globally. She works to cultivate cultures of reflexive belonging, enable equitable employee experiences and outcomes across differences, and ensure that Work & Co products reflect the company’s DEI values. Brandi's previous DEI roles include leading DEI at Oliver Wyman, supporting the expansion and professionalization of MPG Consulting’s anti-racism practice, and designing world-class DEI learning and development with Language and Culture Worldwide (LCW). She is also the founder and owner of NúBlack Consulting, a member of the Board of Directors of the New York Association of Black Psychologists (NYABPsi), and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.
