Amy is a researcher and designer who leads teams through human-centered research and to bring the user perspective to the R&D process. Leveraging her background in product design and social science, Amy uses participatory and co-creative design practices to learn from people and the world around her and translate insights into new products, services, and experiences to better serve users.

Currently, Amy is a Senior Design Researcher for Cisco’s Security Business Group, but her past positions span various industries, including Mobility/Automotive, Consulting, and IT/Technology. In her free time, you can find Amy binging on her newest TV obsession, delving into a great novel, and/or eating something delicious.
